The short version. If you enter your details on this site, they go into our customer relationship system so we can send you the training and contact you about A2A Mastery. We do not sell your data to anyone. You can tell us to delete it at any time and we will.
1. Who is responsible for your data
This site is operated by ESJ Fulfilment Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, company number SC738552, registered office Seaspray, 16 East Street, St Monans, Fife, KY10 2AT. ESJ Fulfilment Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything to do with your data, contact [contact email to be confirmed].
2. What we collect
- Your first name and email address, entered by you on the training page.
- Your name, email address and phone number, entered by you when you book a call.
- Your answers to the call survey, including your sales and capital ranges, entered by you.
- If you book a call: the date and time you chose, and your time zone, from the booking calendar.
- Which advert or link brought you here, added automatically to the web address by the advertising platform when we run adverts.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you viewed, collected automatically by our hosting and, where used, our advertising tools.
We do not ask for and do not want any special category data, and we do not collect payment card details anywhere on this site.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- Sending you the training you asked for: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to an enquiry.
- Emailing, texting or calling you about A2A Mastery: your consent, given when you submitted the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Arranging and holding a call with you: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- Measuring which adverts work: your consent for the tracking technology, and our legitimate interests in running our business efficiently.
- Keeping records and meeting our legal and accounting obligations: legal obligation, and our legitimate interests.
4. Cookies and tracking
Strictly necessary storage is used so the site works. That does not need your consent. If we run adverts, the Meta pixel measures advertising performance and builds advertising audiences. It does not load unless you have consented, and the site works normally without it.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our instructions: our website host, our video host, our customer relationship and booking system, and our email provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
6. How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact [contact email to be confirmed]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner.
8. Changes
We may update this notice. The version published here at the time you use the site applies.
